How are credits calculated?
1 credit covers 1 started video minute (for example, a 15-minute video uses 15 credits). Starter includes 300, Pro 900 and Premium 3,000 credits per month. Top-ups are available if your balance is insufficient.
Which video formats and links are supported?
Vidense processes supported public video links and MP4, MOV and WebM uploads up to 2 GB and up to 2 hours in duration.
