Cancellation, withdrawal and account deletion

1. Cancel a subscription

Cancellation prevents the next automatic renewal and generally takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Subscriptions concluded on the website can be cancelled without signing in through the permanently available 'Cancel contracts here' page at /en/cancel. Apple subscriptions are cancelled through Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions or Apple's subscription management.

Cancellation does not delete the Vidense account or saved analyses. Account deletion does not automatically cancel a store subscription.

2. Withdrawal notice for consumers

Right of withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, inform Apptheism, Fischmarkt 17, 78462 Konstanz, Germany, email: support@vidense.ai, phone: 07531 2841665, of your decision by an unequivocal statement, for example by email or letter. You may use the model form below, but it is not mandatory. Sending the notice before the deadline is sufficient.

3. Effects of withdrawal

Following a valid withdrawal, we reimburse payments received from you, including any delivery cost required by law, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving the notice. We generally use the same payment method unless otherwise agreed, and charge no reimbursement fee.

If you asked for a service to begin during the withdrawal period, proportionate payment for service supplied up to withdrawal may be due where permitted by law. Expiry of the right requires each express declaration and confirmation required by law.

For a contract concluded through Apple or another store, the store may be the contracting and refund party. Also use the refund route identified on the receipt or by the store. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.

4. Model withdrawal form

5. Delete an account

Account deletion removes the Vidense account and linked content as described in the Privacy Policy. It is not cancellation or withdrawal. Check and separately cancel any active store subscription before deleting the account.
